The Phantom Pooper Shitting in Eastern Idaho (Video)

One person is really making a stint in Eastern Idaho. They called him or her the “Phantom Pooper” because this person likes to take dumps underneath an Idaho bridge.

Not only that, but the Phantom thinks they are a prospering artist; wiping it’s stool all over the walls. The locals are tired of the Phantoms crap and aren’t putting up with it anymore!

This is one of the best posts I’ve ever had the opportunity to post on. Maybe all this publicity will get the Phantoms name out there and when he or she is caught they can open their own studio and sell their shitty paintings.
