Tori Spelling Pops Out a Healthy Baby Boy

Tori Spelling and her Canadian husband, Dean McDermott, gave birth to a six-pound, six-ounce baby boy on March 13 at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, said spokeswoman Meghan Prophet.

Liam Aaron McDermott is the name the couple gave their first child (the middle name after Tori’s late father). Tori’s mother was by her side the entire time despite their on-going feud.

The couple wed in May 2006 and star in the reality series Tori & Dean: Inn Love, which premieres March 20.
