Josh “Mr Charisma” Hartnett and Rumer Willis were reportedly spotted at The Beatrice Inn in NYC, hanging out all night, canoodling and then leaving together. He was SUPPOSED to be dating Kirsten Dunst but with her all locked up in Rehab, he’s got time to start Rumers.

Rumer’s boyfriend and her mom’s husband are the same age. This is almost too weird to be true.
