Baby Dancing to “Let’s Go Crazy” (Video)

This little dancing baby has been stirring up quite the little controversy. A mother from PA posted the video of her 18-month-old baby dancing to Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy” for her family to see, which was roughly 23 people. YouTube pulled the video after Universal Music demanded it be taken down due to copyright infringement because of the song in the background.

Prince has publicly said that he will fight anyone using his music unauthorized, so it seems that he was the main reason for the removal of the video. A source told ABC News, “This guy scours the Internet. He’s really intense about this stuff.” He apparently came across the video and demanded it be taken down.

The article describes why this lawsuit is so important, because it deals with a regular person and not a corporation. Check it out

Back to the mother… she filed a complaint with YouTube for the video being taken down and it was put back up. Then, the mother also filed a lawsuit against Universal Music citing that they are abusing the Digital Millennium Copyright Act! (Good for her!)

I think this is great. Good job by the mother, I mean you can barely hear the shitty song anyways. Why the fuck does Prince care anyways… fuckin guy has way too much free time on his hand to be finding this shit anyways.
