Paris Hilton will not be battling it out with diamond queen, Zeta Graff, according to TMZ. If you can remember all this stupid lawsuits; Graff sued Paris because of a story written in the New York Post where Paris claimed that Zeta ripped a necklace off of her while grinding to Barry Manilow’s “Copacabana”, ha!

Jury selection was to begin today but a source told TMZ that the case was settled yesterday afternoon.

Man do these morons sue each other for the dumbest things. Wow, a story was written about, who gives a fuck. Don’t sue them, you already have enough money in the bank from daddies diamond factory!
