Courtney Love on Vacation and Skinny as Hell!

Courtney Love was spotted on vacation in Hawaii on Tuesday looking a little TOO skinny. She surely looks better than when she first got off the drugs but she is WAY too skinny!
No drugs in the system doesn’t mean no food!
