Britney Spears will not be having any sleep overs with her two sons, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James. County Court Judge Scott Gordon did not rule on Spears’ request to be granted overnight visitation.

Spears would like to have her monitored visitations to be done by her mommy, Lynne Spears. The Judge did not rule on this either but reportedly he is not inclined to grant any of these requests.

TMZ reports not only did Brit Brit stand up her kids in court, that she also stood up over 50 dancers that were to audition for her new video and tour. The reason for her not attending court this morning was due to TMZ breaking the story last night and she didn’t want the hassle of trying to get through all the paparazzi.

This should be expected for Brit to have to move through swarms of pap all the time. If she can handle it while going shopping for perfume she should be able to handle it to try and win the courts respect when dealing with her kids.
