If You Love Someone, Tell Them… Right Now!

At First I was not going to post on the VT shootings, but I feel compelled to at least send wishes to those who lost son’s and daughter’s so needlessly on Monday. This site is for humor but this is no laughing matter.

What happened yesterday infuriates me so much I can not explain it. I think the most frustrating part for me is the fact that after the first shooting in the dorm they did not lock down the school. They didn’t even send out an email until 2 hours later alerting students. I’m sorry but when two people are MURDERED at any location, you get everyone to the appropriate places to be safe and aware of the situation!

Of course no one knew, nor would ever want, the magnitude of the events that took place. But if anything, we need to question what took place and put procedures in
action globally to prevent anything like
this from happening again. There will
always be tragedies, but hopefully none
this preventable nor massive.
