A pursed lipped Ashlee Simpson is getting ready to blow a kiss to the photographers taking her picture at the Nickelodeon’s 2008 Kids’ Choice Awards In Los Angeles.
She is sporting her newly red hair and a peace sign tattoo on her middle finger. The faux singer announced an award with her bf Pete Wentz.
