Anna Nicole Smith Judge Gets Caught Smokin’ a Fatty!

Who here is sick of the name Anna Nicole Smith, say “I”…. I! Her name makes headlines even when it doesn’t have to do with her self. But this headline does have to do with drugs so I guess you could say it does have something in common with her name.
Judge Korda, who heard evidence on the Anna Nicole DNA paternity test, was caught smokin’ a ‘J’ while sitting on a bench after two police officers smelt the sweet aroma of marijuana in the air. The two officers, probably all too familiar with the smell themselves, followed the scent to the ‘very relaxed’ judge at Stanley Golden Park in Hollywood, Florida.
Korda was not arrested but issued a notice to appear in court April 26. Records show no previous legal entanglements but if convicted, the judge could face a maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.
It’s no wonder this paternity case it taking so long when the judges are all stoned! “Let’s take a 15 min recess so I can go get some Doritos and Mountain Dew!”
